Putra AI offers subscription-based AI SaaS products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Our AI Resume Screening and AI Job Matching products offer monthly and per-use plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance (e.g., monthly) or per transaction (e.g., per job screening).

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate billing: If you were charged twice for the same period or transaction.
  • Service failure: If our Services were unavailable or failed to deliver core functionality during your paid period.
  • Cancellation within grace period: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not used the paid features substantially.
  • Billing error: If we charged you incorrectly.

4. Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the Services
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Per-use or per-job charges once the AI processing has been completed
  • Early access or trial periods that have ended

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our website or support email with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of a paid period.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to new subscriptions and refund requests made after the update date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
